HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Prices start from £850 but is mainly based around distance, so when you first get in touch remember to mention where you're planning your event and we'll reply straight away with your written quote.

HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL? WILL YOU PLAY AT MY WEDDING/PARTY ABROAD?

We will travel anywhere in the UK and the rest of the world to play. Wherever your event, we'll use our connections to organise everything, giving you peace of mind of the day itself that everything is taken care of.

 

HOW LONG DO YOU PLAY FOR?

We can play for as long as required, but a typical evening would be 2x60min sets or 3x40min. Based on our experience we would highly recommend our 2x60min sets. Longer sets mean we can better work the crowd, keep people on the dance floor and build the room's energy into a real party!

THE VENUE HAS A SOUND LIMITER, IS THAT OK?

Absolutely no problem, Wildwood Trio will play as loud or as quiet as you like. We'll naturally taylor our volume to the event in question but we're used to working to sound limiters and noise restrictions after years of experience in doing so. Whatever the volume level, the energy and groove of the band remains the same.

CAN WE USE YOUR PA FOR SPEECHES?

As soon as the PA is soundchecked, we'll make sure there's a microphone ready for your use.

DO YOU PLAY REQUESTS?

You can request one special song that's not on our setlist for us to learn for your event (which for a wedding is often the first dance). After that we charge £75 per song request.

DO YOU OFFER A DJ SERVICE?

We can play recorded music before and between our sets which can be a playlist of your choosing or our own music curated to the mood of the event. We can stay on to play recorded music until end of the night for an hourly fee or alternatively we can recommend some brilliant DJ's!
